Mudguard for agricultural machines 20-28" DOMAR T10135 wheel arch 1220/470mm
Mudguard for agricultural machines 20-28" DOMAR T10135 wheel arch 1220/470mm
The T10135 fender from DOMAR is a specialized body part with a flat profile, designed for agricultural and construction machinery equipped with wheels ranging in diameter from 20 to 28 inches . Its dimensions are 1220 mm long, 470 mm wide, and 305 mm high . This model does not have factory mounting holes, giving the user the freedom to customize the mounting points to suit the specific machine.
The product is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) , which is exceptionally resistant to weather conditions such as UV radiation, rainfall, and frost, as well as to the aging process. Furthermore, the material used to manufacture the mudguard is environmentally friendly because it is recyclable.
Dimensions:
The model is characterized by a low, long profile, which is ideal for vehicles where the mounting space between the wheel and the frame or body is limited:
- 470 mm wide – very wide profile, designed to cover wide single tires or standard twin wheels;
- mounting span 1220 mm – large base spacing, suitable for wheels with a larger outer diameter;
- height 305 mm – low arch profile (the fender is relatively flat), which facilitates installation close to the chassis or under the load bed floor;
Application
Thanks to its width of 470 mm and low height, this model is suitable for:
- agricultural and volumetric trailers: equipped with wide single tires that generate large mud spread;
- construction trailers and low-bed semi-trailers: intended for transporting machinery (excavators, rollers), where the wheels have a large diameter, but the wheel arch must be as low as possible so as not to block the loading platform;
- Mega trucks and trailers: on axles with twin wheels or wide single tires, where a low profile guard is required due to the frame design;
Fenders are an important piece of equipment for agricultural and construction machinery, fulfilling protective functions. Their primary purpose is to protect the surrounding area from splashes of water, mud, and stones from the wheels during field work. Properly fitted, they also protect the machine itself from mechanical damage caused by debris thrown from the wheels. By reducing water splashes and limiting the spread of contaminants, fenders significantly improve visibility and work safety . They also serve as an aesthetic element, giving the machine a professional appearance.
