This set of four single-piece KAMAR 3 m / 25 mm / 2.5 t lashing straps creates a practical package for securing loads by strapping them. Each strap is 3 m long and 25 mm wide , and the strap is permanently connected to the tensioning mechanism , eliminating the need for hooks or additional fasteners.

Four independent straps allow you to secure cargo in several places and adjust the securing method to its size and shape. This set is ideal for transporting items on trailers, flatbeds, flatbed trucks, and delivery vans , especially when transporting items that can be securely secured with strapping.

Fastening by strapping

Strap attachment – ​​2.5 tonnes (2500 daN)

Each of the four straps is designed to secure the load by tying it with a strap . This arrangement provides a strapping strength of 2500 daN . This allows for even coverage of the transported item and limits its shifting, tilting, and positioning during transport.

Clamping buckle – quick and convenient attachment

Each strap is equipped with an integrated metal clamping buckle , which allows for quick adjustment of the strap length and locks it in place once the load is secured. The free end of the strap is fed through the buckle, and the clamping mechanism holds it in place, reducing the possibility of loosening during transport.

One-piece construction without hooks

The straps do not have lashing hooks – the webbing and tensioner form a single unit. This allows each strap to be wrapped directly around the item being secured and then tightened using the buckle. This solution works well for securing boxes, packages, equipment, and other loads that do not require direct connection of the strap to anchor points.

The maximum extensibility of the tape is approximately 7% , which determines its permissible elongation under load.

EN 12195-2 standard

The straps are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 12195-2 , the European standard for textile lashing straps with manual tensioning devices. The standard specifies, among other things, requirements for LC lashing capacity, webbing properties, and product labeling .
