HEFFA crane webbing sling 5m/90mm/3t with loops
The HEFFA 5-meter long, 90 mm wide, and 3-tonne load-bearing capacity webbing sling is a robust and reliable tool designed for lifting, pulling, and securing loads in transport and logistics. Reinforced end loops ensure comfortable and safe use, facilitating quick lashing and stable load retention. Its length provides the flexibility and reach needed to safely move large and unusual loads.

Certificates
TÜV-certified slings are a guarantee of quality and safety. This certificate is issued by an independent inspection body and confirms that the product has been thoroughly tested for strength, durability, and compliance with European standards . This gives you the confidence that the slings will withstand even heavy loads and ensure stable load securing. By choosing slings with the TÜV mark, you are investing in a proven product that increases transport safety and protects the goods being transported.
The product also meets the requirements of the European standard EN 1492-1 , which governs the quality and safety of slings made of synthetic materials. A 7:1 safety factor means the sling is designed to withstand a load seven times its maximum working load, ensuring a high level of occupational safety.
The HEFFA webbing sling is an ideal solution for many industrial, construction, and logistics sectors . In the construction industry, it is particularly useful on construction sites, where handling large items is often a challenge. In logistics and transport, this sling enables efficient loading and unloading of goods in warehouses and distribution centers, especially when loads lack handles. Its length allows for flexibility in handling a variety of goods, which is crucial in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Maximum load

A straight webbing sling with a working load capacity of 3000 kg offers varying strengths depending on the application method. When suspended by tying (in a loop) , the load capacity drops to 2400 kg , while when suspended in a basket sling , it increases to 6000 kg thanks to the even distribution of forces. When a load is suspended at an angle , its sharp edges and angle are crucial – at an angle of up to 45°, the load capacity is 4200 kg , and at an angle of up to 60° – 3000 kg . In turn, when the load is single-wrapped (tying) and simultaneously suspended at an angle, the load capacity drops to 2100 kg at an angle of up to 45° and to 1500 kg at an angle of up to 60°. Therefore, the correct selection of the suspension method and sling operating angle is crucial for maintaining safety and productivity.
