The 90S/3 overrun device from AL-KO is a versatile solution designed for trailers and trailers braked with a "V" type drawbar, with a total weight from 700 kg to 1000 kg. It is characterized by a maximum permissible vertical load of 75 kg, which ensures optimal load distribution between the trailer and the towing vehicle. The 90S/3 device is equipped with an AK 161 ball hitch, ensuring a stable connection to the vehicle, and is compatible with the AL-KO 1636G/1637/2051 braking mechanism. The design of the device has been designed for mounting only on the upper part of the drawbar, which guarantees optimal functioning of the braking system and provides easy access for maintenance.

The overrun device is an advanced solution that significantly improves the safety and comfort of driving with a trailer or tow truck. Thanks to its use, it is possible to shorten the stopping distance and maintain a stable driving track when braking the set. The device automatically brakes the towed vehicle, cooperating with the car's braking system, which supports its operation and affects the smoothness of traffic. AK 161 ball hitch

The installed AK 161 ball hitch from AL-KO ensures a solid and safe connection to the towing vehicle. Equipped with an ergonomic lever with a soft grip, it increases the comfort of use when connecting and disconnecting the trailer. The hitch has a Soft-Dock cover that protects the rear of the vehicle from scratches and the user's legs from impacts during maneuvering. Additionally, the hitch is equipped with advanced safety systems: a hitch wear indicator, informing about the need to replace elements, a correct coupling indicator, ensuring the certainty of a correct connection, and protection against incorrect coupling, eliminating the risk of accidental disconnection while driving.

Anti-corrosion protection
