The TT.16603 front lamp by TT Technology, designed for mounting on both the left and right side of the vehicle , is characterized by dimensions: width 165 mm, height 105 mm, depth 80 mm . Adapted to work in a wide voltage range of 10-30 V , it is used in various types of agricultural vehicles, such as John Deere, Massey Ferguson and CNH tractors . It is equipped with an H4 plug and a 0.2 m cable , which allows for quick and trouble-free installation. Thanks to the use of LED technology, the lamp ensures high efficiency, durability and energy efficiency, guaranteeing safety in various road conditions.

The lamp is equipped with 16 OSRAM diodes with a power of 69 W. In the low beam mode it generates 750 lumens , while when fully used as a low beam and high beam - as much as 3150 lumens , which ensures excellent visibility both near the machine and in the longer range. It emits neutral white light with a color temperature of 5700 K , which is friendly to the eyes and does not cause fatigue during long-term work.

The set includes a mounting frame – adapter , thanks to which it is possible to use the lamp in various tractor models without the need for additional modifications.

The lamp is characterized by high resistance to shocks, vibrations and extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, which ensures its reliable operation in difficult working conditions. The adjustable beam angle allows for precise adjustment of the light beam, minimizing the risk of blinding other road users, and thus increasing comfort and safety at work. Additionally, the lamp meets the requirements of the CISPR 25 Class 4 standard, which means high efficiency in reducing electromagnetic noise , thanks to which it does not interfere with the operation of other electronic devices in the vehicle and can be safely used in modern machines equipped with sensitive electronics.

Lamp functions

The lamp has three functions: low beam , which provides safe illumination of the road ahead without blinding other road users; high beam , which allows for maximum illumination of the area when driving in poor visibility conditions; and daytime running lights , which improve the visibility of the machine during the day, increasing road safety.

Tightness class

Lamps with IP68/69K tightness class provide the highest level of protection against dust and water , making them perfect for the most demanding working conditions. IP68 means full resistance to dust penetration and the possibility of long-term immersion in water (over 1 meter deep), while IP69K guarantees resistance to water at high pressure and temperature, e.g. during washing with a pressure washer. Such properties make the lamps an ideal choice for use in commercial vehicles, trailers, agricultural, construction and off-road machines - wherever reliability and durability in extreme conditions count.

Approvals

The front lamp has a number of certificates confirming its quality and safety of use. The E9 approval means that the product has been approved for use on public roads in European Union countries, in accordance with the standards in force in Spain (the country where the approval was issued). The R10 certificate confirms compliance with the regulations on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - the lamp is resistant to interference and does not negatively affect the operation of other electronic devices in the vehicle. R148 and R149 are approvals relating to position lights and high/low beam lights , respectively, confirming their compliance with ECE lighting standards. Additionally, the CE certificate guarantees the product's compliance with European directives on safety and quality, and ROHS proves that the lamp was made without the use of hazardous substances , making it safe for both the user and the environment. This is a solid choice for professional applications in commercial, agricultural and industrial vehicles.
