Fender for boat trailer 14" DOMAR D20430D wheel arch 930/255mm
Fender for boat trailer 14" DOMAR D20430D wheel arch 930/255mm
The D20430D single fender from DOMAR , designed for 14-inch wheels, is a reliable element of equipment for boat trailers . Its dimensions are 930 mm long, 255 mm wide, and 340 mm high . The fender does not have factory mounting holes, giving the user the freedom to match the mounting points to their specific vehicle.
The D20430D fender is a side element of a fender kit designed for multi-axle trailers. For two-axle trailers , it should be paired with the D20430S fender to create a complete cover over two wheels on one side of the trailer. For three-axle trailers, the D20430D is combined with the D20430C center fender and a second D20430S side element to create a complete three-wheel cover system. This solution provides an aesthetically pleasing finish to the wheel arches and effective protection against water, mud, sand, and debris thrown up by the wheels while driving.
Features and benefits of the product:
- Anti-slip step: The lower part of the fender features a reinforced step with a non-slip structure. This allows for a stable foothold when operating a trailer, securing cargo straps, or preparing the boat for launching.
- maximum structural stiffness : an internal system of integrated reinforcing ribs and additional support points ensures that the fender does not deform under the weight of an adult person;
- Resistance to marine conditions, UV, and chemicals : the product is made of high-quality injection-molded polypropylene. It is 100% resistant to the destructive effects of salt water, UV radiation (it does not fade or crumble in the sun), and aggressive road chemicals (fuels, oils, salt);
- effective protection against splashes : appropriately profiled inner edges effectively stop and direct the stream of water, sand and mud downwards, protecting the hull of the transported boat against damage and contamination;
Fenders are an important piece of equipment for boat trailers, fulfilling a protective function. Their primary function is to protect other road users from water splashes and debris from the trailer's wheels . Properly fitted fenders also protect the trailer itself and the boat from mechanical damage. By reducing water splashes, fenders significantly improve visibility for vehicles following the trailer, thus increasing road safety. They also serve as an aesthetic element, giving the boat trailer a complete and professional appearance.
