Set of four UNITRAILER 6m/25mm/1t orange transport belts with tensioner

This set of four UNITRAILER 6 m / 25 mm / 1 t tensioner straps creates a practical package for securing loads during transport. Each strap is 5 m long and 25 mm wide and consists of two parts: a shorter one, 0.5 m long, and a longer one, 5.5 m long . The ratchet mechanism allows for convenient tensioning of the strap after attaching the hooks at the appropriate points.

Four independent straps allow you to adjust the securing method to the size and shape of the item being transported. The set is suitable for transport on trailers, flatbeds, flatbed trucks, and delivery vans .

Two ways to use the belt

Lashing in the strap – 1 ton (1000 daN)

In the strapping system , two parts of the strap work simultaneously, resulting in a strap strength of 1000 daN . This method of securing allows for better load distribution across both strap sections and securely grips the transported item. This effectively protects the load from shifting, tilting, and shifting during transport.

Straight tension lashing – 0.5 tonnes (500 daN)

When the strap is attached directly between the attachment points, its LC lashing capacity is 500 daN . This parameter defines the maximum force that a single strap can withstand when operating in a straight configuration. This type of lashing is suitable when the strap is intended to directly connect the load to the lashing points on the trailer, flatbed truck, or transport surface and hold it in a stable position.

Ratchet tensioner – easy to obtain the correct tension

Each belt is equipped with a ratchet mechanism that allows you to manually select the slack in the belt and then tension it accordingly.

The STF 165 daN parameter defines the standard tension force obtained in the strap when the tensioner is used correctly.

SHF 50 daN specifies the standard hand force applied to the tensioner handle when tensioning the belt.

Stable mounting thanks to hooks

Both ends of the strap are equipped with metal hooks that allow it to be attached to appropriate attachment points. The two-piece design makes it easy to adjust the strap length to the load being carried and to tighten it later.

The metal elements of the belt have been protected against corrosion, making them suitable for use in transport conditions.

For securing various types of cargo

The set can be used for transporting crates, garden equipment, accessories, machinery, and other items that require protection from sliding . Four separate straps allow you to arrange the securing points around the item being transported and adjust the securing method to its size, shape, and position on the transport surface.

After transport, it's best to store straps in a dry, sheltered place , such as a toolbox mounted on a trailer, flatbed truck, delivery van, or commercial vehicle. It's best to clean and dry the straps before storage, and protect them from moisture, UV radiation, sharp edges, oils, chemicals, and high temperatures during storage.
