ASPOCK 5-PIN bayonet adapter with fog light and reversing light branch 0.1m
ASPOCK 5-PIN bayonet adapter with fog light and reversing light branch 0.1m
The 66-5041-007 ASPOCK connector/adapter is a factory-installed trailer wiring splitter designed for quick and non-invasive extension of standard wiring. This product allows you to connect to the main wiring harness with a 5-pin bayonet connector and run an additional wire terminated with a hermetic AMP Superseal connector . This allows you to easily route a signal to additional lighting functions, such as a reversing light or fog light .
The adapter is 0.1 m long and is made of 0.75 mm² wires. The main body of the wire is 5 × 0.75 mm², while the Superseal connector outlet is 2 × 0.75 mm². Using factory-made Aspock connectors eliminates cutting, soldering, and rewiring, speeding up installation and reducing the risk of electrical errors.
5-pin bayonet connectors and the hermetic AMP Superseal connector ensure a secure connection and good protection against moisture, mud, road salt, and dirt. The adapter is suitable for electrical systems in cargo trailers, flatbed trailers, caravans, and other towed vehicles requiring an additional cable outlet for a lamp or lighting component.
Key features and functionality:
- Extended lamp functionality: the adapter is designed to connect to a standard main cable equipped with a 5-pin bayonet connector. It allows for full fog light and reverse light operation;
- reliable Bayonet and Superseal connectors: the product uses standard bayonet connectors (5-pin) known from Aspock installations for connection to the main circuit and a hermetic plug with an AMP Superseal connector for an additional cable;
- high quality of workmanship: factory-crimped connectors and appropriately selected wire cross-sections guarantee no voltage drops and full shock resistance;
- excellent tightness: the connector system ensures resistance to harsh weather conditions, moisture, mud and road salt, which prevents tarnishing of the contacts
