The price is for 1 running meter of cable.
The YLY-S 8x1.5 mm² + 5x2.5 mm² electrical cable from HYBSZ is a thirteen-core cable with eight 1.5 mm² cores and five 2.5 mm² cores , designed for use in low-voltage systems. This cable is used in the electrical systems of commercial vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, and agricultural and construction machinery. It is ideal for connecting lighting, signaling, and other systems requiring reliable conductivity and resistance to external factors.
YLY-S automotive cables are made of multi-strand copper conductors (L) , which provide flexibility and excellent electrical conductivity. Their PVC insulation (Y) and PVC jacket (Y) guarantee durability and resistance to moisture and weather conditions. These properties make YLY-S cables ideal for temperate climates, ensuring long life and trouble-free operation.
The product is highly resistant to weather conditions , allowing it to be used in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to 70°C . The maximum permissible core temperature during operation should not exceed 70°C, while the ambient temperature during storage should not exceed 40°C, and in direct sunlight, 60°C. Thanks to these parameters, YLY-S cables meet the requirements even in harsh operating conditions.
Technical data:
- Number of veins: 13
- Core cross-section: 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm²
- Nominal insulation thickness: 0.6 mm
- Nominal coating thickness: 1.2 mm
- Maximum allowable wire diameter: 14.3 mm
Application:
- Electrical installations in commercial vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers – the cable is suitable for low-voltage systems (up to 50 V) where several signals need to be routed in one cable
- Connecting combination lamps and other lighting systems – enables the transmission of signals for position, brake, turn and fog lights
- Applications in control and power supply systems in construction and agricultural machinery – suitable for systems requiring a larger number of cables, e.g. controlling actuators, relays or sensors
- Modernization and repair of electrical installations – used for renovation of installations requiring a larger number of conducting tracks in one insulation
- Connecting control systems in semi-trailers and trailers – used e.g. in braking and steering systems
