The 251 S overrun device from AL-KO is a versatile solution for braked trailers and flatbed trailers with a 100 mm square drawbar, with a total weight of 1500 kg to 2600 kg. It is characterized by a maximum permissible vertical load of 100 kg, which guarantees optimal load distribution between the trailer and the towing vehicle. The 251 S model is equipped with an AK 270 ball hitch, which ensures a stable and safe connection to the vehicle, and is compatible with the AL-KO 1637/2051 braking mechanism. Additionally, the device has a three-range return lever, which makes it easier to operate and adjust.

The overrun device is an advanced solution that significantly improves the safety and comfort of driving with a trailer or tow truck. Thanks to its use, it is possible to shorten the stopping distance and maintain a stable driving track when braking the set. The installed AK 270 ball hitch from AL-KO ensures a solid and safe connection to the towing vehicle. Equipped with an ergonomic lever with a soft grip, it increases the comfort of use when connecting and disconnecting the trailer. The hitch has a Soft-Dock cover that protects the rear of the vehicle from scratches and the user's legs from impacts during maneuvering. Additionally, the hitch is equipped with advanced safety systems: a hitch wear indicator, informing about the need to replace elements, a correct coupling indicator, ensuring the certainty of a correct connection, and protection against incorrect coupling, eliminating the risk of accidental disconnection while driving.

Anti-corrosion protection
