Hand winches with steel cords

Winches with steel cords are the most robust of all winches on the trailer market. The steel lines will prove unbreakable in all situations. The winch can be bought separately from the steel cord, and in the same manner, the steel cord can be bought separately from the winch casing. Due to their universal nature, winches are not only used for trailers but also at construction sites where drawing heavy items is the daily bread and butter.

Line winches

Line winches are available either with a plastic casing or without a plastic casing. The lines are not corrosion-resistant and for this reason alone, you should take as much care as possible when using the winch outside. The plastic casing gives extra protection, but you should always treat the mechanism with extra care to avoid unnecessary damages of the cord. When buying the winch, you should pay particular attention to some of its parameters, such as its weight, the cord's length or the maximum vertical pull capacity expressed in kg. The line winch must be chosen according to the tasks which you would like to assign to it. If the objects which you would like to draw in with the aid of the winch are too heavy for it to handle, it will simply not serve its purpose.
